Herbert W. Weinberg, CEO and Founder – Founded IAA in 1978. Mr. Weinberg has instilled the philosophy of enhanced quality control and customer service first throughout his management team. His conservative approach and innate business sense attributed greatly to IAA being successful each year of its 46-year history. Previous to IAA, Mr. Weinberg enjoyed a 22-year career with United Technologies holding numerous senior-level management positions including Division Vice President. Mitchell A. Weinberg, President – Joined IAA in 1981. Mr. Weinberg is committed to increased company growth, continued financial strength, commitment to quality, and to maintain its’ impeccable reputation for customer service. He is the longest serving, over 22 years, elected Board Member of the Aviation Suppliers Association. Mitchell was recognized and received the prestigious Eduard J. Glueckler Award in 2018 for outstanding commitment, dedication and contribution to the ASA and to the aviation industry. BSBA in Business Management from the University of Denver. 43 years in the aviation industry.
Chris Cochran, Chief Financial Officer – Joined IAA in 2004 BBA in Accounting from the University of Miami. 20 years in the aviation industry.
William “Al” Vorhauer, Senior Vice President – Joined IAA in April 1997 following a 17-year career with General Electric Aircraft Engine Overhaul Facility, Ontario California. Al held various management positions at GE throughout his tenure, and his experience has proven invaluable in the growth and development of IAA’s engine programs. 50 years in the aviation industry.
Andrew B. Weinberg, Vice President, Business Development – Joined IAA in November 1984. Andrew is well versed in all aspects of IAA having held numerous positions throughout the years. He is currently responsible for both domestic and international marketing and business development. BA in Liberal Arts from the University of Florida. 39 years in the aviation industry.
